Run for Relief 2012 - Sponsor Form

Thanks so much for deciding to "go the extra mile" to raise even more for MCC's work with those in need! Be sure to mail in your Entry Form with the box by the sponsor option selected.

The goal is to get as many sponsors as you can. Ask family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, school mates, etc. for donations. Let them know how important MCC's relief and development work around the world is and help them get excited about what you are doing!

Total sponsor donations should equal orexceed the $20 entry fee.

Checks should be made to the KMRS and labeled Run for Relief on the memo.

Collect pledge money by Friday, April 13, 2012. Total and turn it in when you check in for the race.
